New Rank Images

In case you haven't noticed, everyone has a new set of rank images. -->

I also tweaked the ranking numbers so some of you may have dropped a spot or two. (sorry about that, but it could be worse)

btw "Leet Member" now triggers when you have 1337 posts

New changes to the "Rank" images

I have tweaked the display a bit. you now need to have at least 20 posts to get a rank image. You'll still be a "Grasshopper" until you reach 50

The l33t members will get a special rank image with l33+ M3mber written below the stars. Moderators that aren't part of any other "teams" will have Moderator written under the stars and instead of red stars they will be green.

The newest rank is for HWBot Team VIPs. This is a special rank for special people, and we'll leave it at that.

would be cool for a rank at a minimum # of points-gaining hwbot submissions(i delete my submissions that don't net at least .1 points(doubles) as i'm OCD like that) like 150 or 200 like "S3R14L B3NCH3R"
