MSI 7970 PE Edition

I was checking newegg tonight an noticed a strange new card the MSI R7970 PE. it looks like a lighting, has hardware like a lightning, but isn't clocked like one.

Might be a cheap way to get a great clocker at a lesser price, at least until they sell out.
