Well these aren't really spy photos but are (from what I can tell) the first photos of the new asetek waterblock on the Internet.

1/2\" OD is correct, the block is a replacement for the Waterchill so they needed to use the same hose size.

3/8\" ID x 1/2\" OD
push on fittings, (not as easy to use, unlike the first waterchill)

Can we get pics of the surface that actually meets the processor? Is it set up for more than one kind of processor? Kinda looks like it is.

the block was designed for all major processors (K8 P4 XP) on boards that have mounting holes. Not a bad setup and actually very similar to what the first Waterchill block did.
