Reviews: Gigabyte GTX670 OC Video Card Review

Postby Ninjalane » Thu May 10, 2012 8:43 am

The Gigabyte GV-N670OC-GD2 has many things going for it starting with the new GTX 670 GPU. This may be a cut down version of the GTX 680 but it has plenty of power for most games and some to spare in others. Most of that power comes from the impressive factory overclock which was due, in part, to the custom designed PCB and Windforce thermal solution.

great review! Looks like a great product.

:P at no fancy LED lights, as I hate lights on products(okay if fully adjustable that could work).

BTW, what is MSRP of this card versus the other cards on the round up?

You should know I never talk money in my reviews :) though according to Newegg the 670 is selling for around 400 bones, GTX 580 is around 430 and the 7970 is around 475'ish depending on the make and model.

i understand :)

Though I was thinking that the 670 was going to end up being a decent bang for the buck even prior to your review.
