Inno3D Tornado Ti4200 AGP 8X Review @ BoogleTech

Inno3D makes some pretty good middle of the road video cards that seem to overclock quite well.
"I seem to be handing out too many awards as of late. Hardware manufacturers seem to have listened to their users and changed everything that they have complained about. The only area this card has failed in is quality due to the visual distortions. I'm guessing that this is most likely a bug (albeit a fairly common one) because it definitely doesn't happen to all cards, but it does happen to a few. "
