Swiftech MCX478-V Review @ SubZeroTech

In keeping with previous Swiftech heatsink designs the MCX748 is a textured pin heatsink with a very thick copper base.
"The heatsink is composed of a ½ inch thick copper base with Helicoid pins attached to it. These patented pins are what made Swiftech famous. The shaft of the pins is made of a special aluminum and resemble the shaft of a screw."
The thing looks a little like a sunflower.
