Soltek out of Business?

The current news that I'm getting is that Soltek closed up shop and is no longer building motherboards.. I have yet to confirm this however considering that all of my contacts within the company no longer work there I have little reason to doubt anything.

Soltek was not a huge brand here in the States but they did make a very solid product that responded well to overclocking and general performance mods, not to mention being one of the original companies to offer a sexy red PCB and a variety of themed motherboards that appealed to casemodders and enthusiasts alike.

Also not to mention the qBIC SFF case, I still wished I could have reviewed one or three but I never could convince them to actually send a sample after promising that one would be sent.

Anyhow, If anyone has any solid news on this please send it over.
