Foxconn says not quitting own-brand motherboard business

Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) has said it will maintain its own-brand marketing staff for motherboards but will transfer some technical staff to support other business units. The comments were made in response to ongoing speculation that it has been decreasing efforts to market own-brand motherboards and may eventually exit the market.

However, since Foxconn had to go to Digitimes it seems not everyone was convenced.
