"Northwood" Celerons??

Given the current overclockability of the "Northwood" line of Pentium 4's you have to wonder if the new Celerons will share the same ability.
" Sources have seen processors marked "Intel Confidential" which use a 1.5 volt core and even appear to be fitted with a 512K cache."
They must have a large stockpile of bad "Northwood" cores lying around.
