Watercooled systems offer some things that a normal aircooled system can't. Two of the most notable are cooling and noise. Water by nature has better thermal properties than air so your system will remain cooler, sometimes enough to allow some serious overclocking. Noise is also reduced since the only needed fan will be to cool the radiator.
