Brewing With Mr. Beer @ Bjorn3D
Published: Friday, June 16, 2006 | By: DennisHere is a fun one.
"'Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.' Benjamin Franklin
That quote may be a bit of an overstatement, but there's no doubt that beer is popular the world over (in alcohol-consuming areas, that is). While beer has nothing to do with computing, it is an indulgence for many of us PC geeks. I recently began brewing my own beer and the management of B3D graciously allowed me to write about it for my fellow B3D imbibers. The product I used for home brewing is called Mr.Beer® and this review will give you some background on making your own suds as well describe the product and process in detail."
Good ole Ben, not only did he discover the internet but somebody put his mug on the ole "bill" -
Manga Studio Debut 3.0 @ Techgage
Published: Friday, June 16, 2006 | By: Dennis"Manga Studio is an extensive art program developed for aspiring manga artists, and has been featured by the popular J-pop magazine Tokyopop. It has an extensive selection of tools available for the manga artist to use at their disposal, which is impressive to say the least. Having all the tools you'll need to create and publish manga from your desktop? Sounds too good to be true!"
This is one of those programs for artists that are truly starving and cannot afford a "real" expensive drawing program. -

OCLabs Plexiblock B3 Review Posted
Published: Tuesday, June 13, 2006 | By: DennisWhen shopping for a waterblock you will run across many shapes and sizes, some are very ornate in design while others are simple, square, and to the point. OCLabs appears to be following the less is more approach to waterblock design and it works quite well.

Intel Broadwater motherboards featured at Asustek and Foxconn Computex booths
Published: Friday, June 9, 2006 | By: Dennis"Asustek Computer and Foxconn Electronics (the registered trade name of Hon Hai Precision Industry), two leading motherboard makers in Taiwan, introduced motherboards based on the Intel P965 Express chipset (codenamed Broadwater), designed to support the upcoming dual-core desktop Core2 Duo (Conroe) processors.
Both new motherboards, which are being featured at the companies' respective booths at Computex Taipei 2006, meet the requirements of the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) legislation." -

Guess what today is
Published: Tuesday, June 6, 2006 | By: DennisThe only reason I'm mentioning this is because of a movie that is opening today called the Omen, It's a remake of the 1970's "Horror / Mystery / Thriller" of the same name and by many accounts is almost a re-filming scene by scene with better special effects.
So why release a movie on a Tuesday?? well its the 6th day of the 6th month of the 6th year in 2000. Put that together and you get a very unique set of numbers that get Bible readers all packed up and running to the hills.
666
Enjoy your Devil day, (if your into that sort of thing) and if anything go see the film just catch a glimpse of Julia Stiles.
