Alexa Toolbar review @ A True Review
Published: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 | By: DennisYes it is true, A True Review has spouted the truth about the Alexa toolbar but "dodged" around what could be considered the "real" reason for posting the review in the first place.
Check out my thoughts on the whole Alexa issue in the Ninjalane Message Forums. -
How to Install a Power Plug
Published: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 | By: DennisTechJuice has a mini how-to posted describing how you can add an extra 120v power plug to your current power supply. Back in the days of AT style power there was a special plug for your monitor, this mod is basically the same thing.

DFI LANParty KT400A Motherboard review @ Bjorn3D
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"Opening the LANParty box is like having a mini-birthday party all to yourself. You get a bunch of great stuff, all tucked away in small boxes just begging to be opened up. The only thing missing was the wrapping paper and those stupid party hats!"
The LanParty series is one of the most complete motherboard packages around and it looks great under the blacklight. Be sure to check out our review for comparison. -
Crossover WS-5 Mission II Water Cooling Kit review @ PimpRig
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"This kit is pretty swanky. The main drawback I see are the feet of the pump. There needs to be a more secure method to mount this pump. The Crossover WS-5 Mission II Kit installs like a dream, performs like a champ, and is a friend to my wallet."
This is easily one of the smallest watercooling kits around and it seems to hold its own against a high quality air cooler. We are still trying to get one of these kits in house but have yet to hear back from the company. -
PC Toys CaseMaxx @ MonkeyReview
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"I like this case in the sense that it’s a good starting block for building your own rig, and also has the bells and whistles that more experienced enthusiasts will appreciate."
The design of this case was one of the most popular ones that ever hit the market and probably still is. -
CoolerMaster Aero 7+ review @ The Tech Lounge
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"Overall this is an outstanding CPU cooler. It performs better than the roaring Volcano 11 and looks cooler, sporting an innovative blower design. The 3.5" mount simply won't mount, but CoolerMaster is working on a solution."
This is the same cooler that has been just reviewed by Ninjalane. You can check it out here. -
Inno3D Tornado Geforce FX 5200 review @ 3dXtreme
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"After all is said and done, the Inno3D Tornado Geforce FX 5200 graphics card is a value oriented card that owners of the Geforce 4 Ti line will want to pass on. For owners of older nVidia and ATi 7X00 series cards, the FX 5200 is a cheap upgrade with some attractive features."
Well, that pretty much sums it up. Decent performance for a low price. -
PowerColor Radeon 9800 Pro review @ Tweaktown
Published: Monday, June 16, 2003 | By: Dennis"Spending the extra $100 US or so on the other brands results in either a better looking card or upgraded cooling - a lot of people this wont bother as extra cooling can come quite cheaply and is a very easy job and as a result makes the PowerColor product a much more cost effective solution for people. "
Even at $100 less, the 9800 is still a really expensive card but at least made affordable by most, except me . -
SkyHawk PSR4638 Chassis Review @ TwistedMods
Published: Monday, June 16, 2003 | By: Dennis"There is so much unnecessary stuff, I mean if they would just bind the USB and firewire connections into one plug it’d be great! Hey, at least they work though right? Also, if you look close enough you can see that they spelled motherboard wrong on the directions, so who knows if they’re accurate anyhow? "
Well, spelling is important but who reads directions these days anyways? -
