MCI Networks cracked
Published: Tuesday, December 25, 2001 | By: DennisSome of MCI's networks and internal data were easily available to a gentleman of the security minded persuasion. It seems that none of MCI's customer's networks were compromised, but I think that has more to do with the cracker than MCI.

Published: Thursday, December 20, 2001 | By: DennisI'm not going to say much about this except if you are running XP, 98, 98se and/or ME patch your system or be labeled a loser. XP Sales Lower than Expected
Published: Thursday, December 20, 2001 | By: DennisXP Sales are low and really I'm not surprised. Retail sales reflect how many boxes of the new OS left the shelves and many analysts think that users will prefer to get their OS with a new computer than to buy an upgrade for their old one.
Personally I think low sales could be due to the product activation or simply that some computer users don't believe they need to upgrade. -

Though there is a dark side to this bright silver cloud, networks based on it can be compromised quite easily and even over great distances.

MSI 845 Ultra Review @ LostCircuits
Published: Tuesday, December 18, 2001 | By: DennisI've always liked the LostCircuits reviews and they get another golf clap for their latest. With the high amount of P4 chipsets being released (both licensed and unlicensed) it would seem that the future of the P4 is looking a little brighter.
