"I'm not 100% sure what the minimum intensity visible by the human eye is, but if every person on earth shone a laser pointer at the moon, the reflected intensity would be in the order of 10^-21 W/m^2, and that is definitely not visible. In other words, the guy is dreaming. " -

MSN Blocking non-IE Browsers

"Additionally, you'll see the most advanced functionality of MSN.com only with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or MSN Explorer" etc...
I've checked this with both Netscape 6.1 and Netscape 4.7 and found the site to load just fine so it would seem that the block is limited to the smaller and open source browsers. -
Shuttle SV24 Bare-Bones Review @ The Tech Report
