Its true, another true review from A True Review this time of the elusive Coolermaster Aero 7. This heatsink is basically a XDream SE with a huge blower on top. 
"When air cooling a heat sink, the center hub of the fan does not push air toward the heatsink. Therefore, the center of the heatsink is not receiving as much air flow as the out edges. Cooler Master has made the leap to the next generation of coolers by eliminating this problem. Using a blower and mounting it vertical, the Aero 7 blows air equally over all the heatsink's fins. "
