"Thermaltake is a company that has long been known for making cool-looking things like cases, heatsink/fan combos, etc.. But they really haven't made a heatsink/fan combo that can compete with the usual performance winners, at least untill their most recent Extreme Volcano 12. With the Silent Boost, they are going after the market that not only wants performance, but also peace and quiet."
