Tight DRAM supply may drive graphics card prices up; sales of more low-cost mobos may pull board ASPs down
Not the most inviting title but explains where the market is headed due to supply, demand, and the quest for low prices.

"Motherboard makers may suffer from declining ASPs as consumers opt for lower-priced motherboards to balance the rising cost of DRAM, according to a source from Taiwan-based motherboard maker, Gigabyte Technology. The source suggested that revenues and profits could suffer as a result."
