Intel Core i7-930 Arriving Q1 2010

Well, well I guess Intel is not going to let the 1156 socket kill off the lower end Core i7 1366 socket. This is great news for us 1366 socket guys out there.

Intel's Core i7 930 will become the new low-end LGA1366 chip next year.
Intel may be set to discontinue its excellent Core i7-920 chip within the next few months, but we've just heard confirmation that its replacement will arrive in Q1 2010.

It'll be called the Core i7-930.

Where are the Core i9 12 core 1366 processors at?
