Western Digital VelociRaptor 600 GB Hard Disk Drive Review @ Hardware Secrets

Western Digital has a new Series of Raptors for the SATA 6.0 standard. I guess it is time to read the review to see if a 10,000 RPM drive can use all of the extra bandwidth of SATA 6.0. I'm thinking it might not, but that is just me.

"Western Digital is releasing today two SATA-600 versions of their 10,000 rpm VelociRaptor hard disk drive, one with 450 GB and another with 600 GB. Let's see how the 600 GB model (a.k.a. WD6000HLHX) performs."

At the very least it is fast and now has lots more space being at 450GB and 600GB.
