NL: Gaming Reviews Roundups
Published: Wednesday, January 21, 2009 | By: WillTime for another PC gaming roundup here at Ninjalane.
Tom Clancy's HAWX PC - Preview @ GamingHeaven
"Tom Clancy's HAWX from Ubisoft's Romania Studio puts the player in the cockpit of the latest fighter jets to create a high octane flight experience with plenty of tricks to separate it from the masses. We recently had some time to play a few of the new missions over Chicago and Washington, which proved to be a memorable experience."
Fallout 3 (PC) Reviewed @ TheTechLounge
"Don't kid yourself, the people who made the original Fallouts are dead. Or at least, the spirit of their creation is, cut free of its mortal coil long, long ago, with this as a sad reminder of what was. It's like the dog collar I keep hung on the wall. In fact, I can't tell if this game is better or worse for falling into the Fallout franchise (like how the Star Trek with the whales doesn't really exist or the Highlander movie after the first but before the third) because if it is part of the franchise, then it permanently mars the series and proves that even the most beloved of games can be railroaded into a generic, desaturated clone. If it's not part of the franchise, then it can be even more critically assayed but at least there's still hope."

Depths of Peril - PC Review @ Gamepyre
"For the most part, the gameplay is great. I had a blast running my own covenant and although I have not managed to beat the game yet (I made war on everybody before I was ready), I know that I will play this game for a while. I had and I'm still having lots of fun bashing monsters and other opposing covenant members around."
Mirrors Edge Game Review @ ocaholic
"EA Games has really been pushing this game. There were a lot of trailers and screenshots online before launch day. First we we can tell you one thing already at this early point of the review: this game is different. In the world of Mirrors Edge everything is supervised. At the beginning the city was lively, vibrant but the changes came slowly but certainly. Cameras and private security companies began to watch over the city and got it under their control step by step."

What Really Grinds My Gears - January 2009
Published: Tuesday, January 13, 2009 | By: DennisWe're going to be starting a new things here at Ninjalane called a "tech blog", in this blog we'll no longer be bound to talking tech but expand beyond the bounderies and basically speak our minds.
I'm still debating on if this should be a part of Ninjalane.com or a section in the Ninjaforum so until then I'll post issue 1 in the forum and see where it goes.
Todays subject: "What grinds my gears"
yes this is similar to the Family Guy segment so I found it fitting to use the same title, check it out.
