After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    Case Layout

The glossy finish looks wonderful on this case and is sure to draw attention.  Glossy finishes do increase the chance of smudges and fingerprints.  Sentey has considered this and included a microfiber cloth to keep that glossy finish looking beautiful.
A front panel with a sliding hidden panel offers a lot of functionality while giving a minimalist look to the case.  The front panel has a power button, reset button, four fan power buttons, and media card reader.  Opening the sliding hidden panel reveals four USB 2.0 Ports, microphone jack, headphone Jack, eSATA port and SATA hotplug that allows you to hookup a standard SATA hard drive from outside the case.  The media card reader supports CF/MD, XD, SD/MMC, TF, and MS/M2 cards.

If you are like me, I have a box full of spare/extra screws and parts from various products purchased over the years.  Of course, I can never seem to find that right screw or part I need when I need it.  The Burton provides you with a solution to this by having an accessory box that is stored in the case itself.
The accessory box holds a Philips screwdriver, microfiber cloth, motherboard speaker, motherboard and case screws, and an extra PCI bracket.  Also included with the case are Native SATA cables for the front panel as well as a package of booklets that contains a warranty card, case manual, and a information booklet.
