    Benchmarks Synthetic

    The test systems are not a direct comparison on a few levels, (I5 661 Dual core vs i5 750 Quad core, Mini-ITX vs Enthusiast system etc.)  So keep in mind that reference system is only listed to give scale to the H55 performance numbers.  These tests will also give a rare glimpse into how our benchmarks will react to different processor architectures.

    SiSoft Sandra
    Sandra is a software collection of synthetic benchmarks that will give us a basic idea as to what a system is capable of. It should be noted that SiSoft's numbers change depending on which version you have installed.  These were recordedusing Sandra Professional Business Version 2010.1.16.11
    Synthetic Conclusion
    Synthetic performance never really tells the entire story, but is a good indication of what the system would probably be capable of doing under the right conditions. In terms of synthetic performance our reference system shows an expected gain across the board due to the quad core processor.  Memory bandwidth is also higher on the reference system due to better default memory tuning.
