TwinMOS launches Speed Premium DDR433 modules

The company claims to have adjusted all overclocking settings prior to shipping so that users can easily boost the speed to nearly 466MHz without any complex BIOS setup."

"Small-form-factor (SFF) PCs and servers can now adopt multi-processing with the unveiling of VIA Technologies’ EPIA DP-310 motherboard at CeBIT 2005. The Mini-ITX (17x17cm) board is powered by two 1GHz Eden-N processors coupled with the company’s CN400 chipset featuring DDR400 memory support, integrated 128-bit UniChrome Pro graphics and hardware acceleration for MPEG-2 and MPEG-4." -
Gigabyte and MSI deliver new P4 motherboards

The GA-8N-SLI Royal, which is expected to carry a price tag of around US$200, and is targeted at performance enthusiasts, the sources noted, adding that the company will continue to release other models of its Royal-series for the high-end market." -

AMD Dual Core Processor Information

90nm
– Approximately same die size as 130nm single-core AMD Opteron processor*
– ~205 million transistors*
95 watt power envelope
– Fits into 90nm power infrastructure
940 Socket compatible
The last line has me wondering if this is going to be a 940 only processor or if there will be desktop/workstation models later on. -
