Geil PC3200 Dual Channel DDR kit Review @ Big Bruin
Published: Thursday, June 19, 2003 | By: Dennis"Due to limitations with my cpu, or perhaps my overclocking skills, the maximum (stable) forntside bus achieved was 180 MHZ. Not a bad increase over the default 133 MHz, but not nearly high enough to thoroughly test the PC3200 DDR while synchonized with the frontside bus."
I'm currently quite biased in my memory choices making Corsair my memory provider of choice. I can however be "swayed" away provided that the replacement is better.
Any takers?? -

Published: Thursday, June 19, 2003 | By: Dennis"t182k, first Athlon 64 system specifications, that where briefly on Hewlett Packard website, are now at AMDboard.com for your viewing pleasure..."

Soltek SL-86SPE-L (Springdale) Review Posted
Published: Thursday, June 19, 2003 | By: Dennis"Violet Eyes" is the newest series of motherboard from Soltek and features a violet metallic PCB and the Intel i865PE Springdale chipset. As with most Soltek motherboards this one is pretty bare when it comes to features meaning you can mix and match the system the way you want it.

FrontX Multimedia Review @ Ohls-Place
Published: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 | By: Dennis"Finally a simple, compact and attractive solution to the never ending reaching to the rear of the computer to attach one accessory after the other. Sometimes it amazes me how the simplest designs can work the best, and this is proof positive of that. My only question about this product, is why did it take so long for someone to come up with this ingenious idea. BRAVO FrontX you did good!"
This little product comes with each and every DFI LanParty motherboard. Check out the LanParty KT400A Review if you don't believe me. -
Alexa Toolbar review @ A True Review
Published: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 | By: DennisYes it is true, A True Review has spouted the truth about the Alexa toolbar but "dodged" around what could be considered the "real" reason for posting the review in the first place.
Check out my thoughts on the whole Alexa issue in the Ninjalane Message Forums. -
How to Install a Power Plug

DFI LANParty KT400A Motherboard review @ Bjorn3D
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"Opening the LANParty box is like having a mini-birthday party all to yourself. You get a bunch of great stuff, all tucked away in small boxes just begging to be opened up. The only thing missing was the wrapping paper and those stupid party hats!"
The LanParty series is one of the most complete motherboard packages around and it looks great under the blacklight. Be sure to check out our review for comparison. -
Crossover WS-5 Mission II Water Cooling Kit review @ PimpRig
Published: Tuesday, June 17, 2003 | By: Dennis"This kit is pretty swanky. The main drawback I see are the feet of the pump. There needs to be a more secure method to mount this pump. The Crossover WS-5 Mission II Kit installs like a dream, performs like a champ, and is a friend to my wallet."
This is easily one of the smallest watercooling kits around and it seems to hold its own against a high quality air cooler. We are still trying to get one of these kits in house but have yet to hear back from the company.
